1. Services Provided
Lucy Hospitality provides professional services in Convention Planning, Event Management, Tourist Guide services, and Vacation Package Planning. Each project or booking will include a written agreement outlining the scope of services, deliverables, timelines, and costs. Any additional services requested by the client outside of the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate event, travel, and participant details, including dates, preferences, and special requirements.

Any delays in providing required information or approvals may result in adjustments to project timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all participants have valid travel documents, visas, and required permits when booking international services.
3. Payments & Fees

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service.

Payment schedules and deadlines will be communicated before service initiation.

All fees must be paid as per the invoice terms. Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Prices quoted do not include government taxes, service charges, or third-party vendor costs unless specifically stated.
4. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Refunds for cancellations may be limited and subject to third-party policies such as hotels, airlines, or event venues.

Requests for modifications will be accommodated when possible, but additional charges may apply.
5. Intellectual Property

Itineraries, event plans, designs, and other materials provided by Lucy Hospitality remain our intellectual property until full payment has been made.

After payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for personal or business use.

We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Confidentiality

All sensitive information shared by clients, such as event details or personal data, will remain confidential.

Lucy Hospitality will not disclose such information to third parties except where necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability

Lucy Hospitality is not responsible for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or failures by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, or venues).

Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to Lucy Hospitality for the affected service.
8. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of at least 14 days.

The client must pay for services completed up to the termination date.

Prepaid fees for services not delivered may be refunded at our discretion
